Is it legal to carry around a foldable or fixed knive?
I have a cold steel scimitar and a spyderco harpy but am unsure if I may carry it around
I live in California pasadena
First concealed carry is illegal for anything bigger that a pocket knife.
Knives laws vary fro jurisdiction to jurisdiction, and even withing the same state the law could vary from city to city.
For example in California open carry is allowed in some cities BUT some cities make it illegal, and sometimes cops harrass knife carriers even if it's legal in your city. SO you really need to know your local laws and your rights.
Isn't ironic that in the US knife laws are more restrictives than gun laws?
